Just got a Root Canal and Cleaning done and a few things really impressed me so I thought of writing this:
1. I had a really bad toothache and it was the mid of the Covid pandemic.. and even though Dr. Akok has a 1 yr old kid and kept his clinic shut then, went out of the way and opened up cuz he realized the pain I was in...
2. It was my 3rd root canal.. first with Dr. Alok and trust me, it was a breeze. Root canal treatments are bound to give you some pain and discomfort but here, I just didn't feel an ounce of pain. (I hate toothache so well this really mattered to me!)
3. Another small but noticeable thing, Dr. Alok takes you through the journey by constantly talking to you, keeping you informed ofnwhat exactly he's doing and how that helps.. it's a really small thing, but just makes the overall experience so unique and pleasurable...
On the price front, his charges were pretty much the same I've paid everywhere..
I'm not someone who's written a lot of reviews, but sometimes the service level of some places just brings a smile.. and this was one of them..!

I had problem with a 8 year old crown so visited the doctor after reading good reviews on Google and Practo. Doctor is well equipped with the equipment *** ********** He took quick X-rays to analyse my tooth and showed me that I needed a root canal in adjacent teeth due to food lodgement. He sat me down and explained about RCT and about various crown options available. He completed the treatment in a day , took measurements in another day and fixed crown in one last sitting. He is very punctual and I barely had to wait for any of my appointments. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Alok is extremely helpful and very experienced. Key points of visits:
1. Scheduling: Highly organized
2. Wait time: Less than 5 minutes with prior appointment
3. Dental Surgery for Tooth Extraction: Have had tooth extracted earlier. The one done here was far less painful even though this was a wisdom tooth
4. Two Root Canals: Though I have sensitive teeth and there was cavity, there was minimal pain. Done in single sitting
5. Bridge Placement post root canal: Earlier had a bridge placed by another dentist and that was very uncomfortable. The bridge placed by Dr. Shah was extremely comfortable
6. Explanation: Helped me understand the entire process
7. Pricing: Extremely reasonable and unlike other dentists will recommend what is best
8. Overall: Highly recommended
