After consulting the doctor got relieved from stomach pain and irrational bowel syndrome and came back after 15 days for followup and was charged again for it it's not fare can't afford at this age of 65 need to avail senior citizen waiver.

The doctor is **********, rude and didn’t even treat patients nicely the first time they went to meet him. Gave advice walking n told to come later. *** ******** *** *** ******* ***** *** ******* * **** ******** ****** ****** *** my mother was in pain for almost a week. In next appointment we were 15 min late n he told he will not see the patient as he don't HV time wheras my mother condition was too weak. Finally helpless we HV to change the doctor. The test he recommended cost us 20 k bugs n no advice ***** *****

After two hours of waiting when finally we got to see the doctor, instead of checking the patient sitting in front of him he was busy taking calls of other patients and doctors. I was in middle of explaining my issue and his phone kept ringing and he kept answering, it was uncomfortable and highly disrespectful.
He hardly heard my problem didn't advice anything and suggested endoscopy which costs 8-10 thousand rupees.
I paid 1500 rupees for the visit and I deserved dedicated ten minutes (atleast) from the doctor.
Overall, i wasted 3 hours and 1500 rupees. I am highly disappointed and would suggest not to consult him if you need a doctor who actually listens to you and can help you
Hoped for better: Wait time
The experience was terrible. I had booked my appointment in advance and on the day of the appointment I had to wait for 2 hours and still I wasn't called in. This is to note that the receptionist could clearly see that I was writhing in pain and was vomitting continuously. There was no crowd in the clinic so I didn't understand why I wasn't being called inside when the doctor was clearly in.
I have never seen such terrible service at a clinic before. Ultimately, after waiting for 2 hours, I had to leave.
