Dr. Aditi Mehta is a clinical physiotherapist in sports, musculoskeletal physiotherapist and orthopedic physiotherapist practicing at Physio & Beyond in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. She completed BPTh/BPT from K. J. Somaiya College of Physiotherapy, Mumbai in 2008. And is a certified Mckenzie practitioner (Cert. MDT). She has done certified courses in Kinesio taping, rigid taping, Maitland mobilization techniques for both spine and extremities, Mulligan mobilization techniques, Mechanical diagnosis and treatment, clinical Neurodynamic solutions, antenatal and postnatal care, cranial sacral therapy, sacro iliyac joint dysfunction management, incontinence and management and others. She strongly supports Exercise-based Treatment and uses physiotherapy modalities as required.
