Dr Aditee MadkaikarMBBS, DNB (Ophthal), FAEH (Cornea and Refractive procedures)Dr Aditee has completed her MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai. She began her Ophthalmology journey from the esteemed Aravind Eye Hospital and Postgraduate Institute of Ophthalmology in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. She also completed her specialisation in Cornea and Ocular surface diseases from the same hospital and worked there as a Speciality Medical Consultant till 2022. She has performed numerous cataract surgeries and has expertise in managing compliated cataract cases as well. She is experienced to perform Refractive procedures like LASIK and PRK, pterygium excision with conjuntivoplasty, full thickness optical and therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty, lamellar keratoplasty like DSEK and DALK, oular surface rehabilitation surgeries with amniotic membrane grafting, tenonplasty, corneal tattooing for cosmetic rehabilitation as well as management of open globe penetrating injuries like corneal and scleral tear. She has numerous publications under her name and has presented various papers in National and state conferences.
