had to wait for more than 2 hours as the doctor was not there at the hospital. this is absolutely bad infact really bad that patients need to wait for doctors and that too 2-2hours even after having prior appointment. isn't the responsibility of doctor to be faithful towards his profession and value the time of patients who trust doctors so much and be present in his own hospital. I hope next time I will see improvements and professionalism.

The nurses on shift are not well trained are not aware of rates.. they do not provide with a proper printed bill . And every time you go your are charged different rates and when you try and variefy the same with a supervisor or accounts and admin they are extremely rude and tell you this is how they work and they say you can talk to Dr. Das himself.
