I visited Dr. Darshan Bafna, an orthopedic surgeon at Aum Hospital, Borivali, in March after experiencing excruciating back pain that left me unable to walk or move. Dr. Bafna acted swiftly—he immediately ordered an X-ray, started IV pain medication and steroids, and scheduled an MRI the very next day. The MRI results were concerning, showing disc sequestration, but thanks to his prompt and effective treatment, I started feeling much better.
more..I recently underwent surgery to repair a fracture in my fifth metatarsal bone. Dr. Darshan thoroughly explained the severity of the fracture, potential risks, treatment options, and costs, ensuring we fully understood the process. The bone deformity was successfully corrected using the K-wire fixation technique.
