It was a pleasure consulting Dr Chetan kalal.Very friendly Guy and very Caring and very nicely explains the problem. Really Cleared All my doubts which I had from last 9 months .I feel tension free now. I consulted him by searching on Google.Charges are bit higher but comparing the treatment it is worth. My Problem is almost solved in the first visit only. Really A God on Earth. I am suffering from Non alcoholic fatty liver disease since last 2 years. During this period I had consulted 4 gastroenterologist in the city but there was no improvement. Three months back I found out that Dr Chetan Kalal (Hepatalogist) at Nanavati Hospital is the right doctor to be approached. I did so and during my 1st visit he explained in detail as to how my liver is partially fat-covered but yet the situation can be reversed. For this to happen, he strongly emphasised the need to make dietary and lifestyle changes. He has convinced me totally and I have decided to follow his recommendations to 100% extent. Dr. Cetan Kalal is right example how a doctor should help & guide the patient. I am really happy to consult a doctor who spares time to listen to the patient.

A few months back I underwent ultrasonography (USG) and the result indicated fatty liver disease. I found that Dr Chetan Kalal (Hepatalogist) at Nanavati Hospital is the right doctor to be approached. I did so and Dr Chetan asked me to undergo certain tests: Fibroscan, CT Scan and some blood tests. After looking at the results, he explained in detail as to how my liver is partially fat-covered but yet the situation can be reversed. For this to happen, he strongly emphasised the need to make dietary and lifestyle changes. He has convinced me totally and I have decided to follow his recommendations to 100% extent. I am highly impressed by his **** ********* ** *** subject and his genuine concern for the patient. I thank Dr Chetan Kalal profusely.

Dr Chetan is no doubt a great doctor for his way of dealing the patients.

I was so depressed before I met him but when I talked to him it seem like a cakewalk for me and offcourse he assured about the cure.

He is so friendly in nature in comparison of other doctors whom I met earlier for the same problem.

He is knowledgeable too as he immediately responded to the issue not like others who just thinks and randomly suggests tests and all

He talks very peacefully and tries to make the patients comfortable.

My experience with Dr Chetan was bad. * **** ** ** **** *************** He may be a genius when it comes to transplanting liver or curing serious liver issues *** *** ******* ************ ** ** *** *** ***** ******. The doctor asked me to go for fibroscan before commenting on my fatty liver issue. After I returned with Fibroscan report, the doctor was missing. None knew his whereabouts, I was asked to wait for close to 90 mins and then I was told that the doctor has left for the day. I paid Rs 2500 for doctor consultancy and I practically received no advice whatsoever from the doctor. I am still not sure what is the real situation of my liver, what precautions I need to take, what should be my diet plan etc. A trainee doctor attended me in the end. Dr Chetan did not even bother to talk to me on the phone. I wish I can get money back. Fibroscan is an ultrasound technology and the scanning procedure takes hardly 2-3 minutes. Can you believe how much they charge for the fibroscan, Rs 5800. I can get MRI scan done in this cost. Moreover, after looking at the Fibroscan report, the junior doctor mentioned that I may have to go for CT scan. I feel the doctor just tricked me to go for fibroscan, instead he could have used his experience to guide me on the next steps. I don’t have any lifestyle issues, stomach issues, constipation problem etc. which probably means that my main problem is just the weight loss. Unfortunately I didn’t get any advise from the doctor.

I had been first to some other doctor but that doctor was not that friendly and my first impression was bad .So i referred to DR Chetan Kalal and from the very first visit was very impressed.He has been treating my mom since past six months who is suffering from liver cirrohsis.He is very friendly and explained each issue in detail .He is not in hurry and will spare time for you and clear all your queries.My mom's Liver is being managed well through his recommended medicines and injection .I would recommend him to all for any issues related to liver

Doctor is perfect for his profession, he is right example how doctor should help ,guide and give perfect treatment to patients & relatives. I was really happy to meet such doctor who relieves almost more than 50% stress of patient has well has of relatives. Today I saw that humanity PREVAILS in this world so the human beings are safe in hands of such godly persons. Once again god bless him in his endeavors.

I first went for a check up organized by nanawati hospital on world liver day. After a fibroscan test I was told that I had grade 3 fatty liver with an advice to visit Dr chetan kalal - .I went to visit the doctor andwas told to do a number of tests . I got afraid after hearing of so many tests but I had it done. After my reports came I again visited the doctor and he prescribed me only one medicine with an advice to do regular exercise and to have a controlled diet. He gave ample time to me and tried pacifying me as I was in fear. It was a wonderful experience.

Dr. Chetan is really a kind person. Looking towards my tension he has done everything every quickly and also when he was done with his shift then also with all concern he has attended me with calm manner. Thank you so much Dr. Chetan. And also one thing I noticed in nanavati hospital that there entire staff is really fantastic and helpful. And also Thanks to sir who is there at report counter because of him I have collected my reports earlier and appear infront of Dr on time 🥰Thank you so much.....😇
