Dr. Ashwini Karanjgaokar

I recently had a retina examination with Dr. Ashwini Karanjgaokar, and I am extremely pleased with the level of care and expertise provided. Dr. Karanjgaokar's thoroughness in examining my retina and explaining the findings was exceptional. Doctor explained me every thing properly which helped me know more about my eye sight and the charges is also not much. Overall it was good.

I would never suggest to consult Dr Ashwini. She has absolutely zero regards for her patients. She rescheduled her appointment thrice at Nanavati Hospital and then today when I didnt receive any call to reschedule and got a confirmation on appointment, she still didnt turn up for her scheduled appointment and refused to come when called. She is supposed to visit Nanavati Hospital on Tuesdays and Fridays between 3-4 pm but she hasnt bothered to do that since a month. Imagine a doctor not bothering to turn up to see her patients or treat them for more than a month. *** *** ** * ******* ****** *** I would never know that as she is not responsible enough to turn up to treat her patients. Thoroughly distressing and disappointing experience.

The doctor was very polite and explained the procedure to me. I thank her for such a kind nature and her guidance.
