My experience with her was just awesome!!
My family was infected with COVID-19 this year. Since they live abroad it was a very stressfull time for me as my dad is a heart patient and mom also has bp issues!
It was important for me to find a good physiotherapist who would give us proper information on how to keep the lungs in top condition and that is exactly what i got.
She suggested some Chest PT exercises like Deep breathing exercises to help expand the lungs and draw more air into all areas of the lungs , positioning and turning from side to side to help improve lung expansion and drainage of secretions.
She would follow up daily with my parents and keep and eye out for the SpO2 readings everyday! With her help my parents were able to conquer COVID-19.
My dad is a stroke patient and his right side is paralyzed. Dr Aparna Nair has played a crucial role in his overall recovery and we couldn't thank her enough. Her treatment plan and excercises have helped my dad a lot, Dr Nair is affordable and efficient with her treatment. I would recommend her to people living in and around Powai.
Due to using computer for a long period my right hand had been affected with frequent numbness and pain, Dr. Aparna suggested me with 2 hand exercises and 3 shoulder+neck exercises which helped me a lot and the pain as well as the frequent numbness has stopped totally.
