Mr. Anshul Khosla

When I came to Amaha initially, I always felt like I was very distant from my emotions, I felt very detached and numb most of the days and I remember coming here since I decided I didn't want to live like that. It's been around 6 months now, and even though I still have a lot to work on and improve, looking back, I am so different from the person who came for my first appointment, it's astonishing. I realise how much I feel, and how deeply I feel, and I am currently working on how to manage emotions I earlier could not even detect in me. Coming to these sessions with Anshul ** *** ** *** **** ***** ** ** **** *** I am incredibly grateful to him. I hope to continue moving forward with him.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Anshul Khosla as my therapist. From the very first session, he managed to create an environment where I felt completely at ease, making it easy for me to open up about my concerns. His ability to pinpoint the core issues I was facing was truly impressive; he is incredibly precise and direct in identifying the root causes of my problems.

Through our discussions, Dr. Khosla guided me to see things from a different perspective, often helping me realize that some of my worries were unfounded. Dr. Khosla's approach is a true catalyst for positive change, and I'm grateful for his expertise and support in helping me achieve a healthier mindset.

He is a very patient, understanding & empathetic psychologist. He helped me identify my issues, realise what's needed to be done & guided to sort those issues. His approach to problem solving via therapy is effective. I like his way of getting to the root cause of all issues. He is a very good therapist!

Anshul has always come off as a disarming calm and clear headed individual from the get go.

He’s kind and softspoken and has a very grounded personality, which helps patients like me feel comfortable opening up.

There was a story I had shared about my anxiety (as fear)

He explained the difference between anxiety and fear; with as simple example of a lion, if it appeared in that room. We would be scared. That’s real fear. And fear keeps us safe physically. And anxiety is perception of fear.

This example stuck with me and helps me from time to time. When things get complicated. This lion helps.

Otherwise too. I’m a well read person; and I find talking to Anshul equally engaging. As he stays up to date with recent research and findings.

He’s compassionate towards my feelings and reactions. A good listener.

Can't think of one specific story but generally I've always felt heard and validated. It is always a sense of relief after the session. Anshul has been a supportive therapist at all times when visited. Have recommended also in Delhi. The staff too are very understanding kind always prompt and reachable when in need. They are the back for session alert, truly they make you smile as you enter the clinic.

I've been in therapy with Anshul for about a year now. It has been life changing. He is kind and exactly understands how to deal with what I'm feeling/saying in the moment. I've had a lot of realisations over the last one year and his techniques have helped me navigate really complex feelings. Highly recommended!

To answer this question not a story but the response , concept and the daily changes I have gone through is much observed and heard by the doctor and it is been a good help in my life. It is been a friendly relation but it is like a very mature and good conversation with client

Good experience with respect to treatment, I was scared to take medication but that has worked week for me along therapy which is long term. I have been able to cope with life better.

I have always had a great experience. The insight I have received in such a short time has been really beneficial. I am glad to have this support.

Dr Khosla has been my go to for everything for the past 3months....he listens very patiently and gets me to realise where my thoughts lack effortlessly!!
