Dr. Anand Vikraman made the entire experience comfortable and pain-free. His calm and reassuring approach put me at ease throughout the procedure. I truly appreciated his professionalism, patience, and care.

When i went to Dental Cove for my treatment (at the recommendation of a colleague who had been in Chembur for close to two decades) I had the usual expectations from a usual dental appointment (and along with it, the associated anxiety & trepidations that come with every dental procedure). Having worked in domains related to technology and latest developments, very few things or implementations of technology impress me as being of value or being useful to the end user.

However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the usage of the appropriate technology at their most relevant steps to help the patient - in this case the microscope for getting detailed understanding of the work area, as well as cameras to capture those to help explain the issue to the patient.

Apart from the impressive technology intervention to add value, another memorable experience that stays with me is the relatively painless process during the treatment.

Having been to multiple dentists in various cities, i was expecting some level of pain, and would not have blamed the doctor too. However, right from the numbing of the gums before application of anesthesia, this was applied well and I could not even feel the injection of anesthesia, which is almost miraculous. As you do not feel this initial pain - it helps in greatly reducing your anxiety!

Had gone for a tooth pain which was diagnosed for re-RCT and extraction.

Happy with the result including the fitment of crown & the painless procedures, and as mentioned before, the right usage of right technology at the most appropriate time.

Sharing my experience of having Root Canal Treatment done from The Dental Cove in the month of December 2024.

Initially I got a detailed explanation from one of the doctors about what exactly is causing the pain in my tooth.

Later I was educated about the Root canal treatment, number of sittings required to complete the procedure ( I had 4 sitting in total) and about the options available for the cap fixation.

All the doctors here are well qualified and they do prioritise our comfort during the treatment.

Overall I had a really great experience. Thanks to the entire Dental Cove team!
