We were quoted a completely different price for the cost of a surgical procedure, even after asking for specific details of costing. Post the procedure, we found out it was double the cost, even though no additional elements had been undertaken. For people struggling to pay medical expenses and planning money for these payments, it can be very unsettling when the cost is doubled. In addition the service provided was also sub-standard and the doctor was rarely available for queries and consultation.
