I did not have a very good experience with Dr. Amrita Mody. I had got a full body check done and had consulted her to check my report and give me feedback about the same. I shared 2 reports with her and she referred to only one. I kept telling her that she has not given me any feedback about thyroid and my Vitamin deficiency so she asked me to share the report again and even before I could share the report the marked the session as completed and since the session is marked as completed I cannot call her and the only way of communication is the chat window. Now it's been 3-4 hours and I am just waiting for her to response and still my queries are unanswered. I felt that the online patients are not being treated with equal importantance and urgency.
