Dr. Agneesh Patial

I had visited Dr.Agneesh Patial for my mom's ear problem in June, she was diagnosed with cholesteatoma and ear infection for which surgery was required, it was a revision surgery, years ago the surgery was performed by some other ENT. The surgery went well and my mom has recovered very well too. The Dr. Is too Good in explaining the diagnosis and thereby treating it.

I had also visited the Dr. In emergency when I accidentally ingested a bone while having a meal which was lodged in my throat, The Dr. Efficiently removed it within few minutes and relieved me from the grief.

I am very thankful to have such a great Dr. during the times I need and glad that we are in safe hands.

I was very hesitant but his confidence and transparency in explaining my whole situation encouraged me to go for my second surgery.

The surgery went very well and he was extremely hands on and following up to ensure all goes well. I cant thank enough dr. Agneesh for all his support and patience.

Visited the doctor with an emergency when my non verbal , child with special needs had stuck popcorn kernel in his ears. Had informed the doctor that my child is non verbal and will be restless during the treatment. He told us to get him immediately to his clinic . After reaching there he didn’t examine the child and first told me that he cannot do much as the child can’t sit steady. He was suggesting to give the child treatment under anaesthesia . Then he asked if my child is taking any other medicine for which I told him that he has cold and I have given him medicine for that . Now the doctor suggested that we should do a covid test first . Despite me telling him repeatedly that the child has common cold almost all through out the year this doctor wasn’t convinced. told him that I wasted my time visiting him and walked out . He then sent his compounder following us saying that the Dr will examine my child . Thankfully I refused to go back.
