My daughter was having high grade fever alongside cough and cold. We did a video consultancy with her on Practo. From the day 1 I found her extremely caring and receptive and from all the doctors I have encountered in my life I found her the most kind and approachable. We visited this doctor after reading positive reviews online, hoping for proper care for my nephew who was suffering from stomach pain and full-body itching due to a suspected food infection. Here's a breakdown of our disappointing experience:

Insensitive Response: When I asked why there was no improvement, she ******** said “wait 48 hours.” I mentioned his severe itching and allergies — to which she ********* responded by asking if there are bedbugs at home. This is unacceptable from someone claiming 15+ years of experience.

I was worried about my daughter skin issue and doctor Aditi has allayed my fears and explained patiently about the issue of my baby. She responded fast and treated by baby in best possible way. Dr Aditi is really wonderful and caring doctor.We consulted for our 9 yrs daughter and found Doctor listens patient symptoms properly and do proper diagnosys and explained things in detail with proper medicines. Also for kid - she specially asks for food habits and recommended foods for fatser recovery.and also very prompt in responding whenever do message. Really Thanks !!

Highly recommended.

it's quite expensive. also the rate which was charged was 50% higher than the listed charge on practo app. felt like over priced
