I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Adip Shetty for a routine ear wax clearance. He explained the process clearly, addressed my concerns patiently, and performed the service with ***** precision. It's rare to find a doctor who combines clinical excellence with such a genuine, patient-focused approach.

First of all - Thank To Mr. Shetty For being a calm and understanding doctor. He is amazingly good.
Like the way he treated and listened to my problems
Secondly im not happy with the hospital staff - as they asked me for the 150/- registration fees and they didn’t even mentioned at my file that they received the fees. Registration fees column is blank in my file
The experience with Dr. Adip K Shetty was good and the doctor explained everything well. The clinic visit was also fine with no issues regarding staff behavior or waiting time.
The doctor clearly explained everything during the visit, and I would rate the doctor 5 out of 5. Overall, my experience was positive.

Visited For Adenoid / Tonsil SurgeryMyringotomyAdenotonsillectomy
Our encounter with Dr. Shetty was a life changing event for my son. My son had been suffering from adenoids since over 2 years and while we were treating it with medication he was very prone to frequent colds and upper respiratory infections. Eventually the enlarged adenoids and frequent infections had done a lot of damage resulting in a hearing loss and early stages of sleep apnea.
When we came to Dr. Shetty, he was very quick to diagnose what could be the issue and made us run quick tests to confirm the same. The treatment involved 2 surgical procedures and what made us proceed with the same with Dr. Shetty was his confidence in the treatment, but more importantly, the care and comfort with which he handled our child. Till date my son is super happy to go for his followups to the clinic.
While there are many ENTs in the city, there are very few that specialize in pediatric otolaryngology, and working with Dr. Shetty made us understand the difference between the two.
Dr. Shetty was also very helpful in addressing all non clinical processes such as insurance, admission etc. and was also very patient in addressing the 100 questions we had for him.
Today my son can breathe through his nose, sleeps well through the night, can hear better and in general is back to the chiry little boy of ours!
In conclusion I would say that while I hope you never do have to go to an ENT, but if you or your child does, Dr. Shetty ***** ** *** **** ****** you could go to!

Hoped for better: Wait timeValue for money
It was an extremely disheartening experience. We took an appointment of 7:40 and were there at that time. However, the receptionist mentioned that our turn would come after 3 patients. One could say, that is understandable. But after the third patient left the clinic, another person sitting across the waiting area was called out for because, well he knew the doctor personally (maybe)
The wait time was beyond an hour and even when we questioned the receptionist she only said that the doctor will be with us shortly.
If friends are to be preferred earlier then why have a system of appointments at all.
The casual attitude that doctors have developed these days is definitely showcasing the sense of professionalism and the respect that they have for a patients time.
No matter how good a doctor might be, the way they treat their patients speaks volumes about how seriously they take responsibilities.
Wouldn’t recommend a visit to this doctor unless you are another doctor or a friend.
