Dr. Rushali Nair is the most amazing Doctor I have ever met & I have met very many of them:)

There comes a Time when you realise that its first Yourself & then the rest of the world.

I have never ever taken any medication except for Allopathy - the quick fix to get back in action to take care & be ready for the rest of the world!

For the last one year every few days I was facing different issues back ache /shoulder pain/ full body ache/ knee pain /no strength /excessive sweating/ sleep issues ....& so on. I couldn't think of a single specialist doctor for this eventhough I have many doctor friends & of course I tried self medication but in vain.

It was destined for me to meet Dr. Rushali , it was my first visit to an Ayurvedic doctor.

Dr.Rushali did one nadipariksha, she didnt ask me any questions, this was surprising to me. For once a Doctor was telling me about my health issues with a complete n precise diagnosis alongwith my mental condition & the need for a spiritual awakening. It really opened my eyes & got me thinking of the way I looked at myself & treated myself.

I have been taking her medicines for over a month & I can feel the difference not only in my health but also in my mind & heart - the cleansing has started, it feels great !

A simple chat with her is soo inspiring & calming that you want to work harder on Yourself!
