My preconceived notion was that I could always hold my own no matter how severe my suffering; our sessions proved me wrong and made me realize that I should have pursued therapy a lot sooner. She asked the right questions and helped me gain valuable insight which I somehow couldn't do myself. Through our sessions, I found that the solutions to my problems were right in front of me the whole time and she gave me the nudge I needed to move forward.
