Quite unhappy with both doctor and practo here. Scheduled an appointment for the second time in last 10 days but not honored. After reaching I am informed doctor is not coming and I should come 3.5 hours later. On going again at 6 pm, doctor wasn't there, many patients were waiting for the same time slot. Came back after waiting 30 minutes, no respect whatsoever for my time. What to say about a doctor who was too busy to meet after trying thrice. The lady at the reception also shows no concern or apology. I even offered to see another doctor who was there but she said she can't change the appointment.
