Friendly and wholesome personal interaction was much appreciated. Handing over samples benefit a lot as trial and then purchase makes sense , rather than a wasted product.
The welcome was great since I was travelling for the first time to the clinic I was given correct directions and didn't have to search for the location. The staff got it right the first time. I was addressed by first name which was nice to hear. At the clinic I had to fill in the patient personal details form which I was able to complete with a short period of time and did not have too many details to fill in. I thought it had just the right amount of details required for he first instance.
The entire experience was very good and I would recommend many for my friends to the Doctor.
