I consulted Dr Ujjvala online by seeing the reviews of other patients. The consultation charges for online and offline visits are the same but doctor was in some kind of rush to disconnect the call. She didn’t even spend 10-15 minutes to understand my case history or allow me to have any follow up questions. She had her diagnosis in 5 mins. I don’t know about treatment’s effectiveness but I was unhappy with Doctor’s conduct overall. Would not recommend for an online consultation.

Dr Ujjvala was extremely patient, asked detailed questions and explained process / meds. Best part - she was interested in treatment of the problem and not in pushing unnecessary medicines or treatments. It has been 3 weeks and I am satisfied with the results.

*** ******* ** *** ** *** **** ************* * **** **** ****** ** *** * I have been to her clinic for pigmentation and pimple marks where she recommended skin peeling . In 2 to 3 session I can see drastic change in skin . She is very friendly and humble and will not recommend you too many medicines or procedures. It's pocket friendly which is the cherry on the cake. I must recommend her if are struggling for a glowing or clear skin like me . .
