I would not recommend Dr Shilpa Nayak after our visit. We paid Rs 5,000 for my father’s allergy test on 8 September following our family physician’s referral. My concern was simple: my father did not fully hear some of the diet instructions, and when I asked for clarification the next day, the question was not resolved.

My father is over 70, wears a hearing aid, and has diabetes and other health problems. We told the assistant and doctor about his hearing difficulty. During testing, I asked questions because this was his first allergy test. Afterwards, the doctor explained the procedure mainly to me while my father also tried to ask questions. I understood why she spoke to me, but he still needed to understand the food restrictions he had to follow himself.

I explained again that my father had not heard the instruction clearly. The food questions were still not answered. Both the doctor as well as the nurse Mrs.Kushalkar were equally cordial and professional. I was able to explain my issues based on which a detailed allergy test was conducted. Subsequent to the outcome of the test, customised medicine would be provided (not immediately. I am told to come and collect or they can courier it) The doc gave a lucid explanation of the diagnosis results and how it can be arrested. She will proceed only once the patient is throughly convinced with the treatment. I can only comment about the outcome once my treatment starts.

I recently visited Dr. Shilpa to discuss my severe allergic reaction history, as I was concerned about traveling abroad. She was incredibly helpful and reassuring, explaining all the emergency measures I should take in case of a severe reaction when hospitals may not be readily available in a foreign land.

Additionally, she provided me with all the necessary documentation to carry my medicines. Thanks to her guidance and support, I now feel confident and less worried about managing my severe allergy while traveling abroad. Thank you, Doctor!

She is a amazing Doctor. I have been suffering from urticaria from last 1.5 years checked many doctors , in fact the best in town , but didn’t got any relief. Since then I met her and she explained in a way about my health issue . I m not having medicine since then and episode of urticaria also slowly became lesser. we checked each veg and non veg testing and since then m taking proper diet accordingly.
