Every time she used to charged me consultation fee plus medicine which is provided by her.

After booking time slot or prior appointment, I have to wait for more then hour.

I don’t have enough cash, so that I have paid the fees via card and for that they charged me extra saying “bankwale ko dena padta hai”.

Dear Gandharva, Very sorry to know that you did not have any response. You had come on 1st April and 10th April and was advised to take antiacne preparations. I can understand that after spending, if one doesn't get desired results, it's quite upsetting. You come to us again, I will try to sort the issue. For your information, if you have misunderstood that we are selling sample products, it's completely untrue on your part. We help patients by giving samples free if we have and sell only saleable products. I am upset that people can write untruthful things to show how bad a doctor can be. You can still see the products and their MRP. This is complete injustice to our honesty. Failures are part of non-intentional treatment regimes. I do accept, but not the untruthfulness.
