Over the course of 12 sessions for cervicogenic pain, his approach was always thorough and attentive. He ensured I followed every drill, radio-wave therapy, vibrations, icing, as well as stretching and strengthening exercises, with proper form and effort. His diagnosis and treatment plan were spot-on, leading to significant relief and improvement in my condition.

A few days ago my 10 year old son suffered an injury to his left ankle while playing football. He was given some basic treatment, yet was unable to walk properly for a week.

He was put under Dr. Aditya’s care, who promised to have him walking back to normal in 5 days. Within 5 sessions, over 5 days, my son wasn’t just walking, but back to football.

Much gratitude to Dr. Aditya. He is a top notch professional who has a deep understanding of how to work with children (and other age groups too!). He connected very well with my son, who was extremely receptive to his instructions and treatment.

I visited Restoring Flexibility Physio Centre on Wednesday, 22nd April, just a day after I suffered a severe shoulder sprain during a gym workout. The pain was increasing, and I was quite worried at the time. While searching for a good physiotherapist in Bandra East, I came across this clinic—and I’m really glad I did.

I was treated by Dr. Aditya, who was extremely patient and attentive while listening to my concerns. He quickly diagnosed my injury and started the therapy session right away. His approach was very reassuring and professional, which immediately put me at ease.

To my surprise, by the very next day, the pain had almost completely subsided. By Saturday—when I had an important cricket match—I was fully fit again! Dr. Aditya even gave me the confidence to go ahead and play, and assured me that I didn’t need further sessions. He recommended a few stretches and exercises, which I followed diligently.

What stood out the most was that no medication was prescribed—it was purely his effective therapy that worked wonders.

I have visited Dr. Aditya’s clinic many times over the past year. He treated me for sports injuries in my Ankle, Shoulder and Back. ** ** ****** *** **** *************** * **** *********** ** ************* *** ***** *** ** ** ***** * ********** You may realise this from the very first consultation. that’s when I noticed that he is unlike other doctors. He does not assume things, asks you enough questions to understand as much as possible about you before proceeding.

Out of all my injuries, my back injury was extremely scary. I had a spasm, which had me bed ridden. I could not even move to adjust my position. He came for a home visit, and had me walking within the second day!

I believe that with Dr Aditya, you must let him go about it his way. Once you have visited him, you must let him treat you the way he sees best, and follow his advise. From my experience, that has always been helpful. 100% record over 20 odd visits.

One more good thing about him is once he is your doctor, he’s always your doctor. I had called him at night many months after my last visit, and he promptly answered and advised me on how to take care of myself that night to prevent further damage. This is something I deeply respect.

I would also like to add a sentence about his Junior - Doctor Gulnaaz. She is very patient and quite kind. I am comfortable to get treatment even from her. Her patience allows you to spend quality time in ensuring proper form in exercises.

I also like the general atmosphere in the clinic. Despite visiting only during my injuries, I don’t dread being there- unlike most hospitals and clinics. I think this is a great thing.

I am sure that if you are reading the reviews of a physiotherapist, then you care about quality. I can vouch for the quality of this clinic. You can even ask him about his thought process. And he will tell you why you feel pain, what to do to prevent it in the future, how to go about the recovery, and any other answers you seek.

Dr. Aditya firstly being a sports specialist diagnosed my problem with ease, as I had not been to an ortho post my injury. So after my first visit we charted out my recovery timeline and stuck with it. Appointment timing changes are also flexible as long as you inform him minimum 2-3 hours in advance.Also he is a very patient person when it comes to answering all kinds of doubts regarding any treatment procedures or your injury itself.
