Dr Barira Qureshi's Physiotherapy Clinic, Nagpada

I’m writing this after attending multiple session with Dr.Barira. First I visited her for calf muscle pain which was tremendous and later after 2 years for lower back issues. She took time and explained the what the problem was and how to reach good outcomes. She has good hands on needle technique which she used along with floor exercises. I felt much better after the treatment.

I visited 3 different physiotherapist before consulting Dr.Barira. She does not recommend unwanted visits and therapy sessions. I wasn’t satisfied with experience but when I came to Dr.Barira, She really helped me to decrease my pain. She is very helpful *** *** ** *** **** **************** I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing physiotherapy care.

She is to go doctor when you require proper attention and support.

I'm pain free and there is no stiffness in (whatever time) Her dry needling technique worked wonders for me. I really like her treatment approach. She explains the procedures very well. I suffered a ligament tear injury in feb 2021. Orthopedic doc prescribed me some medicine and asked to take precautions but no change in my pain. Then i consulted Dr Barira Qureshi in the month of july. And i could see the change in my pain in first few sessions only. She treated me with dry needles and sports tape. And gave few movement control exercises to train my running pattern and to strengthen core muscles. Now it has been 4 months and i have zero pain. She guided me to strengthen my muscles in a right way. I would strongly recommend her for any muscle pain or injury.
