I always heard rumours that a doctor's divine hands can get even the dead back. I personally experienced it when my mom's appendix had suddenly ruptured. She had to be imdtly hospitalised overnight for a surgery. Dr hemal visited the next day itself. He explained so nicely and detailed the pros and cons of the whole operation. After hearing him, half of our anxiety was reduced as we were assured that my mom is now in safe hands. Dr Hemal personally made sure that mom was in a better state of mind for the operation. he joked around to calm her. After the operation also he made sure to explain mom and me the post operative care. all detailed and documented to the T. Coz of some emergencies, he had to travel on the 4th day of the operation, but still he made sure that his colleague could attend my mom everyday and Dr hemal himself was available 24/7 on whats app. Any queries, he used to answer prompt. There has never been any delays in his answers. he is the 1st ever doctor who is so easy to approach and patient friendly. After he was back from his trip, he made sure to call me to ask mom to visit him. i am extremely lucky that my mom was Dr hemal's hands otherwise i dont know how i would have coped up with this trauma. Though it was my first visit for my wife's minor burns problem, i must say my experience with you compare to other (Money minded) doctor was quiet surprising and plesant. You ate very friendly with patient. You gave us feeling that you are one of our family member. Apart from treatment we have seen you are pooling your relation with patient by social touch. Your talking, advising, to patient and taking interest as far as possible to solve their social problem is unique. Pl. keep it up.

Only be little generous in charges specially with poor needy and SENIOR CITIZEN like us.

As a paranoid person who gets scared very easily, I was a train-wreck when I found out that I needed to go into surgery but Dr. Hemal was so wonderful, kind, funny and warm, it almost didn’t feel like we were meeting for the first time. He sat with me right before I went into surgery and spoke to me at length, explaining why and how the surgery was to be done. He didn’t get annoyed with my frequent questions (I know I can be annoying) instead he patiently answered all my queries and made feel very much at ease. It was a wonderful experience despite having to go through two surgeries, back to back and I think it was the overall energy he brought into everything. He’s a great doctor, no cap!

Dr. Hemal Bhagat is a fantastic physician and surgeon. His technical skills notwithstanding, his extraordinary demeanor is his best characteristic. How he communicates with patients and their families immediately eases their tension and calms them down. He is prompt and goes out of his way so that his patient feels comfortable and relaxed while well-prepped for the surgery, including all the silly questions you want to ask. I could not have asked for a better surgeon for my first-ever surgery. Thank you so much!
