Opticura Eye Clinic, Bandra West

First, the doctor wanted to cancel the appointment an hour prior to the appointment time. I gave her a call and asked her to reschedule to the same day so she reluctantly gave me an appointment. Once I reached, I saw that the clinic is a dingy room located in a sketchy area, with a mishmash of specialties located in each room. The waiting area I was made to sit in had patients with acupuncture needles stuck to them which was uncomfortable to watch. Totally doesn’t justify the high consultation charge.

I wanted a consultation due to excessive blinking. *** ****** ****** **** ********* ** *** ****** ** she referred me to another doctor. Yet she charged the entire consultation fee and wanted me to pay the consultation fee for the other doctor in advance.

Not worth it. Don’t visit.

One must have a doctor like her in there ill time for best ,better n fast recovery
