I was diagnosed with cancer in left lung and was advised concurrent chemo and radiation .I was worried about getting the right nutrition during my treatment , thats when my friend recommended Malika to me .Malika guided me throughout my treatment **** *** ******* ********* ** **** ****** *** *** *** *** ********* ********* *******.Starting from fixing the basics like changing the ro water at our home to adding pranayama to my daily regime, to introducing Claypot, silver and copper utensils ,to adding supplements to improve my immune system Malika gives her 100% knowledge and time. I truly belief that it was because of her diet plan that I had minimum side-effects inspite of going through two tough treatments together . I would not say she is dietician she is food guru she helps you to understand science behind food which personally helps me to take healthy decision when she is not around.
