My overall experience is good with Deepshikha. Have completed my 2 months with her and still continuing , she has planned by diet very nicely with good food and appropriate portions. Till now my overall loss is 6kgs in 2 months - apart from planning the diet she suggests what all is good and bad for the health which we can follow lifelong.
