Mr.Kamat listens to the problems and Helps you sort them in a very persuasive way. Working in a stressful environment it was difficult for me to cope with my issues. He has a life coaching approach and not just problem oriented. Even if I had gone to him for anxiety . I am using techniques that are helping deal all emotional problems.
