Mr.Kamat listens to the problems and Helps you sort them in a very persuasive way. Working in a stressful environment it was difficult for me to cope with my issues. He has a life coaching approach and not just problem oriented. Even if I had gone to him for anxiety . I am using techniques that are helping deal all emotional problems. Also his skill training sessions that the end are very useful. Thank you so much. Looking forward for my quarterly follow-up.

In 5 sessions I am feeling good. And working on my job and studies. This really helped me then just keept thinking at home. Sir made me work on my thinking and action planning every session. I now manage myself better.
