I was on look out for a life coach for a long time until I finally met Doctor Mukulika. Her cheerful disposition, her ability to listen to your problems, her empathy and her non judgemental views and understanding has added tremendous value to my life. I was suffering from high functioning depression, she recommended me to a good psychiatrist for medication which really helped me. I am working with her on my personality development. I look forward to meeting her for every session of mine and she has been a wonderful coach, a trustworthy confidante and most importantly one of the best therapists I've consulted till date.

I remember I was so upset when I went to see Ms Mukulika, I was crying for the entire session. She was so patient with me and such a great listener, made me feel really comfortable, addressed my issues and was able to help me. Only after my first session I was feeling so positive about my life and the choices that I had made.

She made me feel comfortable in my own skin. She is the reason I am out of my depressed state and moving forward in my life.

So I would give her a 11/10 and recommend her to all those who need help or any other type of counseling.

She does wonders on you. Not only an amazing doctor but a fabulous person as well.

Dr. Mukulika is very friendly and kind. Whatever your problem is, she listens to it very patiently and you feel sense of comfort while talking to her. I've benefitted through my sessions to a great extent. My stress is reduced and now I'm able to manage tasks with clear head with the help of Mukulika ma'am. I'd recommend Dr. Mukulika Ghose Banerji to anyone who's looking for therapy.

The doctor was like a friend to me, making a very safe understanding space for me to open up. I started seeing the positive results in me gradually after a few sessions with her. After meeting her, I would feel everything is possible, such is her aura! Would definitely recommend you to visit her for your better treatment.

She is extremely friendly and instantly lifts up your spirits with her smile. She helped me through out my degree college. There were many times that I repeated myself (about my fears) and kept asking her the same questions and she always answered them with equal warmth and never made me feel bad about it. This once I had a panic attack at the end of the session and she sat with me even after the session was over and made sure I was ok. *** ** *** ** *** **** ****** * **** *******

Dr. Mukulika Ghose was my first attempt at therapy and I knew at the first appointment itself that she’s the right doctor for me. She’s extremely friendly which makes talking to her very easy. She doesn’t make you feel like a patient and that’s what I like the most about her. She gives her time to understand your problems and gives you simple yet practical solutions. I’ve been going to her for 8 months now and she helps me feel a little better every month. She would without a doubt be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a therapist.

This has been probably the most difficult thing to write because I'm not sure if words can explain what I feel for Dr Mukulika I think I've always thought of writing this review but never thought I could do justice to what she has done for me I'm and I'll always be grateful to her for being my mentor my friend my teacher and much more than I could ask for Right from guiding me through all my difficult times to helping me with everything that I thought I could never deal with My adjustment issues at workplace my generalised anxiety disorder and with this pandemic the depressive episodes that I had she took care of me like my own motherI still haven't found the right words and I'm not sure if I ever will Will try writing it again someday Our party is still pending ❤️

1) You can share everything with Dr. Mukulika as she is very open-minded.

2) She quickly understands anyone's behavioral pattern.

3) She will provide you the root cause of your problem and also measures to correct it.

4) She is expert in showing you the mirror which is very much needed at some point of time.

Suggestion: Share important events from your childhood and how you reacted to it. It will help her know your nature because childhood plays a

very important role in building your character later on.

My experience: Sometimes, your subconscious mind instructs your conscious mind to do things which you regret later. It's when you, yourself don't know why you did the things you did. Yes, that was my situation. Dr. Mukulika helped me in knowing myself in a much more better way. She also helped me in few other general aspects of life.

I have had a sketchy history with therapists in the past and have a severe lack of trust. However Dr. Ghose broke down those barriers with her simple, friendly, and warm approach that really made me feel like I finally had someone to talk to. She correctly diagnosed me with Borderline Personality Disorder and has since been working with me to feel and behave with more stability. I keep looking forward to our next session. She's an excellent therapist. Absolutely recommend to anyone who feels completely lost in their lives. More than anything, she will make you feel like you're in control. And that YOU can defeat whatever is bringing you down. That isn't very common.

I have been a patient of Mukulika since 2017. I found her on Practo and instinctively chose her for my first therapy session. I never had to look elsewhere (trial & error) with other counsellor as I clicked with right since. Each session has been transformative, informative and beneficial to my overall mental health. Her calm, patient demeanour makes it easy to approach her with any challenging questions, thoughts and emotions. The solutions, exercises and techniques shared are also extremely helpful.
