Hello.. I would like to share my type 2 diabetes

journey from past 2.5 months. Prior to the

treatment, I weighed 93kgs but after consulting

Dr. Rohini Gajare, I came down to 90kgs which is

an excellent weight loss. She prescribed me with

metformin and other vitamin tablets which gave good results.

My fasting and PPBS are within normal range. Alongwith medication, strict diet and walk is very important. I take only healthy food like millet, oats, boiled veggies, sprouted, grams, green tea, dry chapathi, jowar dosa, sooji,fruits (apple, orange, guava), dry fruits and chicken.

My mom has been a diabetic patient for 20 yrs , She was on insulin for the last 1 year due to fibrosis illness.She was fed up with insulin now and wants to give up.But all the doctors were saying we cant put her on medicine.but Thanks a ton to the doctor ☺️, She listened to us very carefully and prescribed the medicines and diet chart and stopped the insulin.And the medicines worked like a magic , The blood sugar levels are unbelievable now.170 post meal and 119 fasting which were unrealistic for us.would like to recommend the doctor to everyone.

Dr. Rohini Gajare listened my problem patiently, understood and prescribed the medicines accordingly. I appreciate doctor gives you the time to understand your problem and explain about it. In case of emergency there should be some way to connect with the doctor we are taking treatment.

Dr.Roshni prescription were mixed of how to go about your dialy routine (diet) along with medicine .She explained the health condition i was going through and suggested me how to tackle .My Hb1AC is 6.3 , and she has assured that it will come down to normal by following her advice and prescription.Thanks Doctor
