Maam has always been extremely understanding and friendly. Her diet is amazing , it’s a well balanced and healthy one and I never felt like I was hungry or being pressurised into eating things I did not like. I was a kg down within the first week of the diet itself, but in order to do that, I also followed the daily workout which I was supposed to do. Eating healthy doesn’t mean that I didn’t get to eat the food that I wanted to eat; Maam made sure that I do that in the right quantity. She’s extremely good and knowledgable and I would highly recommend being under her guidance

I have known Dr. Sakina since more then 3years. She is a very down to earth and a friendly personality. The best part is she suggests diets which you can easily avail.
