I visited the doctor for my severe lower back pain. The meeting began with lot of questions to understand the root cause of my issue. I was then suggested to do few movements to understand the impact of the pain caused in my back and then accordingly a remedial mobility drill was recommended to me. Monish was fabulous in his explanation and very patient throughout the session. The remedial mobility drill he asked me to do at his clinic showed an instant relief to my pain and I am confident that I would be good as before real soon.

I went through a traumatic injury on my right wrist which required surgery and needed rigorous physio seesions but with the right guidance. I was lucky enough to find Physiocentrum. I have been to more than 30 sessions spread over months with Dr. Monish Mehta and he has been a tremendous support in my road to recovery. I particularly liked how he understood the patient history, the injury, and had a meticulous approach to all the sessions. He was able to allay the many fears that I had and explained the process of treatment, recovery timeline, gave great recommendations on the usage of right tools and having the right form and physio exercises to push myself at home so that I can recover faster. I always found Dr. Monish very committed and determined in my recovery and focused on making me feel better. I cannot thank him enough and I would highly recommend him.

Monish makes sure that every client is diagnosed after thorough examination and asking all the relevant questions and then designs a program as per the ability and current level of mobility of the patient that just does wonders. He also will do sessions only when required and encourages patients to practice the routines at home a few times before coming back, only if needed. The personal touch and the technical knowledge of the stage of the injury is truly impressive. Would highly recommend him as a physiotherapist!
