Almost all my friends told me to see Doctor Vishakha and they sweared by her just like I do now coz for me there is no one as precious as her. Slimming is easy and interesting and you will feel her power, her positive energy the moment you see her. Dr Vishakha is so skilled and effortless at what she does, when speaks she will have your complete attention and respect. So far whenever I have seeked to make changes in my food/weight/health issues, the approach has always been around forcing change through control. Eventually when external factors get extreme those tend to relapse.

With Dr. Shivdasani the approach has been one where she has gradually introduced small internal changes in the way I engage with food. Her method and approach is simple and scientific. The design of the consultations ensure you take ownership of your own journey while being guided by her. Would definitely reccomend.

Was good to interact and learn , about daily meals and exercise. Protein carbohydrate vegetables and vitamins all are important as a balance ingredient to a wholesome diet. Having small meals a day would go a long way to helping maintain and or loose weight

I had a long history of severe acidity, which was recurring in nature. The doctor patiently explained the causes , which I understood and could change my dietary habits to bring a ***** relief.

I appreciated the fact that she saw the problem in a holistic manner, and attacked it for an immediate relief with medication and a long term fix with proper dietary changes.

I was not very happy with the experience, although I followed everything to the literal T what Dr Vishaka told me..* ****** *** *** *********. I thought I was taken very lightly and the doctor kept repeating the same things despite of me informing that I've already been to many doctors for my thyroid and weight loss issue, have been following healthy diet for over 1 year, and have almost done the same things she insisted. ******* ** **** *** * **** ******** *** * **** ******* ***** *** ** **** ****** **** ******** **** *** ******* *** **** *** ***** ****** *** ***** ******* ***** ** * *** ******* and even though after a few months tried to reach out to clinic to help identify my root cause issue, they didn't really follow it up. I would not recommend because I spent a lot of money but it wasn't worth it.

I've learnt a lot from Dr Vishakha regarding nutrition. She guides you through your weight loss process expertly & educates you along the way. She always gives a reason for every statement she makes which authenticates the process.

Happy with the results. It’s difficult at first but necessary to bring about a change. Dr. Is understanding and practical.
