There was a lady doctor who inspected the mouth and explained the issues in detail to me. Then I was asked to do an x-ray which was in the third floor and completed immediately. The report was mailed to the doctor who inspected it by the time we came down. The areas of treatment were explained in detail once again and the next appointment was suggested. Overall, I was very satisfied by the fact that I was given enough information about what was wrong and what would be done. In addition, multiple treatments were suggested but not forced upon, which was a welcome change.

It's always a great experience at Dr. Sankpal's. The entire staff is so polite and humble. We have visited a couple of times and they treat so well. They *on't charge unnecessarily. Last time I visited for my wife's checkup. However we also wanted a checkup for our child and they didn't charge a single rupee for it.

Adhoc visit to the clinic just for routine cleaning. It was my fault that I did not enquire about the charges initially as it was supposed to be a routine procedure. Upon initial screening, doctor advised me that cavities are developing in about 7-8 number of teeth overall. After the cleaning was completed, she asked me for fillings. Again it was my mistake to not understand the expenses. Upon further enquiry she gave me a estimate per teeth basis. After starting, her estimate suddenly changed from total of 7-8 cavities in all to 9 cavities on each side (total 18). * *** * ***** ************* **** * ** ***** ******** Anyways I completed 1 side. The bill came out to be exorbitant. I asked for receipt and diagnosis. It was not provided and was told that it will be emailed. I waited for 1 week, but did not get any email. Visited the clinic again. The doctor said some issues with the computer system. Then reluctantly provided me with the bill but again no diagnosis. On further asking, a general diagnosis was provided. I was taken aback by the ethics or opaque nature of information provided along with inflated bills. Disappointed by the whole experience.
