I was diagnosed with diffuse bulge, annular tear and small posterocentral protrusion of the L5-S1 disc. I had come to Dr. Mansi for physiotherapy of my back. She is very tremendous and dedicated at her work. Her therapies helped me to recover before the expected time. I am immensely grateful to her that i could resume my normal life as before and could even start going gym.

I would like to thank Dr Mansi shah for the best physiotherapy treatment for my spine problem. She was all ears to my problem and than she designed a specific programme as per my need. She was quite friendly and would always be there to guide you and help you . She has an indepth knowledge of about everything she is doing and would never be in a hurry . I would recommend everyone to please contact her for any physiotherapy related problem.

Dr.Mansi Shah is a very good physiotherapist with good understanding.I was suffering from back, neck & shoulder pain.She helped me to stop the pain & medicines by exercises & stretching only.

It all started almost 6 months ago when I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I neglected the pain in the early days thinking it could be a muscle pull however over a period of time the pain increased and the movement of my hand decreased. I was suggested Physiotherapy by my Orthopedist.

Now, i changed two doctors and several line of treatments for over 3 months but to no avail. The pain was excruciating and movement of my shoulder was at its minimal. Untill someone suggested me Dr. Mansi.

I would HIGHLY recommend her. Not only my shoulder movement is at its best again but I now have complete knowledge of the problem I suffered. Her line of treatment was apt and very very precise. She kept working on the weak sections of my shoulder and regular visits made it sure that I was absolutely fine. Her approach is the most humble I have ever seen in any Doctor.

I broke(badly twisted) my ankles last year January 2016. My insurance company suggested me this podiatry doctor. "European foot and ankle clinic" South loop, chicago. Dr. Podolskiy attends me.

When first time got to the clinic after appointment also still I have waited 30 to 40 minutes. They took my X-ray of my both ankles. I have been diagnosed with some real serious issue in my foot according to dr. Podolskiy. But when X-ray came no fracture required but need to wear braces & injections shoot & I will be fine. I have never been any podiatrist before so I can't judge the treatments process is effectively. But every visit doctor has something & other things for my ankles.

Dr. Podolskiy made me to buy customized foot souls from her, which this clinic cost me 400$ & after I randomly check online the cost is just 30$. There was exercise board in click & doctor told me see this & take pictures do to stretching exercise at home. I did follow all what she said. But after couple of months when I ask her about help for stretching exercise she told u have clicked the picture. I was surprised she didn't even touch my foot & show me how to do. I didn't understand what to do so I quietly followed.

I wasn't completely walk , it's very difficult for me to walk alone by my self for couple of months. But Since day one dr. Podolskiy gave me injections & it was very painful, I couldn't touch my foot down on floor she was like it will be normal in day one & two. I was okay

I could walk little bit, but can't more than 15/20 minutes, that was improvement after 3 months. The braces she gave was good but it's lock my foot completely, I couldn't move without braces at all. My whole legs become so stiff that I hardly feel them.

But this continued for many months, I got 24 injections shoot in my ankles & some medication around 20 days, I got reaction of medicine, & I couldn't sleep or sit or eat or drink at all for 4-5 days. Doctor immediately stop my medication.

According to doctor it's homeopathy injection. But in the bill is something else.

My last visit to this doctor was first week of December, other doctor attended me & I got new stupid elephant size braces & doctor force me take it with me. I had to buy new 2 size big shoe for that. Last option was do surgery I was surprised, shocked & scared. It was just twisted I just didn't heal completely so it's paining me.

Finally I realized this is my wrong decision that I should have leave in between & find other Podiatrist.

Spend thousands & thousands dollars but I wasn't heal 100%. I cried a lot this doctor has wasted my time, energy, money & my hopes that I will be fine soon but I didnot.

I went back to my parents town, my cousin Dr. Mansi Shah is physiotherapist. She checked me & said nothing major in my ankles, it just past so many months I haven't did any stretching exercise to loosenup my leg & ankles. Need massage lady help to reduce my pain & remove stiffness from my lower body. Very first day she told me no need to wear braces, give trust on me that I will be fine. Again I put blindly trust but it worth it. Dr. Mansi personally attended me, stretch my ankles & some strengthening exercise. I cried , I can't bare the pain but doctor didn't stop & keep telling me I will be fine. She made me do stretching & strengthening exercise by my self with baby step, first 2 week water comes in my eyes & I became red I felt that I will never walk like before. Doctor said u will be fine. I believed her, my 3rd week I was worried that just 1 week left but that day I did all exercise by my self with scared but I did it. I was so happy after 1 year I did some workout. And my last 4th week I realized I can walk like almost 1hr without pain & first time I climbed step up & down for 2 story without fear. Wowed so satisfied. I hugged her & cried with happy tears. I haven't completed full treatment but I follow her advice till date. I m so thankful to Dr. Mansi Shah that today I can walk & biking(cycling), & other light exercise without pain. I got my confidence back from my fear/sacredness every step i put in floor & climbing step up/down. Just waiting for the day I start running.

I had visited Dr Mansi Shah for physiotherapy needed for ligament tear I had on my knee dur to a minor accident.Her approach to understand the issue and suggestions on how this could be managed in a time bound manner was what impressed me..and within 4 weeks..I was able to walk much much better. the limp had completely gone and I was able to start brisk short walks too based on the confidence that sh gave.strongly recommend get for any kind of physiotherapy

I had undergone shoulder surgery for recurrent shoulder dislocation. My shoulder was totally immobilised for 4 weeks after surgery. As per the advise from my orthopaedic surgeon, I am required round of motion, which Dr. Mansi started on me. After few sessions my shoulder & hand motion has come back. My post operative pain has also reduced and I am feeling much better now. Thanks to Dr. Mansi for the persistent efforts on me.

I had a severe neck n back pain and i thought it is because of my seating posture but after meeting her and after checking my pain she explained what was the cause of my pain(reason being my gym workout).Soon after two sessions my pain vanished.

My right index finger was terribly tear by the tennis ball while catching,i went for n number of experiments like applying iodex or spraying reli spray also went to hardvaid but there was no improvement in the movement of the index finger as it has become stiff due to ligament tear.Then doctor have recommend to start doing pysiotherapy excercise by giving referrence of Dr Mansi Mehta.She was very humble at first visit her different type of excercise helps me out to cope out with my injuries.She was very innovative in her aproach,very helpful and show good concern to her patients.My index finger have started showing good recovery its bend more than before all thanks to Dr mansi.I would rate 5/5 to her involvement with patient and will suggest to my comment viewer or who are looking for **** phyiotherapist this is the right place and ***** doctor for your heal.

I suffered with neck pain due to wrong workout in gym. I seeked dr mansi's help. She studied my case very well & treated properly. Now i am completely fit all thanks to her. I recommend everyone.
