Aftr taking appointment I had to wait fr 20 min bcoz dr wasn't available
At nxt checkup when we took appointment n reached at exact time the receptionist said Dr said if itz necessary than she will come or else do video call bcoz she is bzy
This is not professionalism we were looking for
