Words can't describe what a terrible experience this was and how much I recommend you avoid her. She prescribed a hysteroscopy (general anesthesia OPD procedure). Called me at 8:30 at Hinduja Khar on a fully fasted stomach, however OT was only booked for 12:30p. No news of the doc the entire morning. In pre-op, I insisted to the anesthetist that I want to meet the doctor before going under, however I was wheeled into the OT and given anesthesia anyway. Post-op, I was waiting in the room for 3h - no sign of the doc. Released at 5p, without having even seen her face once. I have no idea who even did my surgery!!! I have no idea how my surgery went, what I'm supposed to do for recovery or what the next steps are.

On top of this she ripped me off. On the phone we explicitly asked her clinic the expected charges, we were told ~15k. At the hospital, they presented me with a bill of 93k!!! 54k of this was doctor's fees + 4.5k visit fees (for a visit which never took place). How could they straight up lie about the fees on the phone? They surely know their own doctor's rate?

Avoid at all costs.

Always the best! She is so confident that we are never in doubt after seeing her. First She helped me conceive through her treatment. She got my son delivered. She attended to me and operated on me for a tubal pregnancy after some years. Everything was perfect and I had no problems at all. She's just the best!

Dr. was in OT, hence delayed for an hour which was not a problem for me. She is so fine doctor, very friendly.
