I had large protruding hemorroids and several bouts of painful bleeding whenever I get constipated. My father was having a fistula for 38 years. we took him to Dr sambit Patnaik in reference from my uncle who was treated for piles. My wife had been suffering from recto vaginal fistula after the birth of our second child. This was in March 20 23 that she was detected with the fistula. Looking for laser surgery as a viable bloodless painless surgery I found Dr Sambit Patnaik in Practo listing as holding long experience in laser surgery for Piles Fissure Fistula and circumcision. So I visited Dr Sambit Patnaik for same and we did the surgery after four days on a Saturday. I was operated under sedation and local penile block Anesthesia. My surgery took almost 30 mins and I was discharged after four hours. The surgery was done as per insurance MoU package and as laser was denied by my insurance company so I gladly paid the same. I was at home taking care and medication for next few days and could resume office after 5 days of stay at home. I recovered completely from circumcision after 3 weeks and from piles in four weeks. It was a good post surgical experience knowing that I will recover in 4 weeks as said by Dr Sambit Patnaik. I recommend sir wholeheartedly.

I was suffering from fissure for a while and suddenly developed a Fistula. I needed three sessions of filac surgery to cure my anal fistula with abscess. Dr Sambit patnaik appointment very difficult to get. I needed to wait for six months. By principle he only does physical meeting only exclusively for his OPD and other matters. he is not available on phone calls etc for anytime anything.his team coordinates everything.for any doubt medical Dr team is there.but they don't give any presumptive advice for surgical patients without physical check up. They don't entertain pictographic also. So this is quite straightforward strict practice for benefit of patients and exact treatment. I love this after initial frustration as during physical visit Dr sambit gives lots of time. Recommended wholeheartedly.

Dr Sambit Patnaik did laser ablation of perianal abscess. It was such a painful condition and immediately after the procedure I was relaxed. The yellow discharge continued for 3 weeks and then it healed in next 2 weeks. I was sending my doubts and getting prompt replies on WhatsApp. We patients think we are entitied to telephonic connections with doctor directly whenever wherever whatever be the situation but sadly medical science doesn’t work like that even by law a patient has to be examined for giving any treatment be it post surgery pain or bleeding or fever or whatever be the complaint.
