I got a reference of Dr Bina from colleague at work...normal dieticians make such a huge shift in your eating patterns that your lifestyle goes haywire...when I met her the first things that I got to know that with the same Ghar ka Khana we can loose weight and remain healthy...I am a diabetic for years and doing diet is not my cup of tea....I wanted someone to guide me that eat in moderation and exercise will keep you healthy...I don't want to reduce weight I want to remain healthy and the diet changes has helped me a lot...I feal light and generally happy and healthy...kudos to get for that
