Dr. Rachana was extremely humble and approachable. She was able to explain the problems clearly to my mother, who really felt at ease with her, which is half the battle won for an aging person. Besides, she was always reachable and available for any quick opinion or comment by whatsapp or call. She personally handles her communication!
