I went to her for a problem i was facing on a personal front. With each session, i felt things inside me getting resolved slowly. I had too many questions and what she spoke gave most of my answers. Things she said during the treatment would help me understand myself and the whole matter with more clarity. I felt more free and less entangled within me after our sessions. She helped me see things as it is and took away a lot of worries I carried with me. I still do worry that I might go back to my old ways of thinking, but if I ever do, I can always go back to her and talk to her and take her treatment as she is very approachable and very understanding. Despite my infrequent consultations, Mansi has equipped me with tools to deal with my depression, anxiety and panic issues. Her non judgmental attitude, safe space and ability to make one ponder internally for solutions goes a long way in coming with grips with the real issues. I was in a mess when I visited her..didn’t know if life could be back to what it was.. however after many therapy sessions it has become better.. I was very adamant to not try medication.. she helped me understand my situation and convinced me to go for it.. and this really helped me recover.. therapy and medications do take time and it isn’t a quick fix but it’s extremely helpful!

Mansi is really good with her work *** *** ********** It is necessary to have an empathic approach towards understanding the issues faced by the patient which she is very good at. I personally recommend her as she does not only help overcome the current problems but also prepares you to deal with them in future by working on the roots.

I was referred by a friend . I think this was a very good investment in myself. I have come closer to see myself for who I'm . must visit to Mansi . I have tried other therapists and could find my click. I suggestion to people to know that therapy is a slow process. plz be patient .
