AquaCentric Therapy

My visit to Aquacentric 6 months post delivery of my baby was triggered and motivated by none other than Dr Binal. It all started with a telephonic conversation with her which turned out to be overwhelmingly inspiring for me. However my experience at the Centre was many folds above my expectations.

Starting with the more than comprehensive briefing session, personal care by therapists and instructors and regular consultation, discussion and feedback session with doctors made this whole venture of mine an experience of a life time.

The complete curriculum is very scientifically designed to finally give amazing results if followed meticulously under guidance of the doctors there. Apart from weight reduction and burning of fat in an aquatic environment, the destressing and unwinding resulting from each session boosts your spirits, charging you with profound energy and freshness.

It was an incredible experience at Aquacentric and I would personally recommend each one to try this amazing and healthy experience.

I want to congratulate Mr. Harsh Mariwala and Dr. Amit Kohli to bring this new concept in India. I never saw this kind of therapy anywhere.I joined the Aqua centric Therapy Andheri in July 2018,just very soon when it was formed. I had multiple problems but I am glad to say that I was completely fine and pain free within two week. Dr. Amit Kohli, Dr. Binal Dave, Dr. Yojana ,Dr Pooja and other doctors take good and personal care of each and every person.I saw so many people coming on wheelchair and within some days I saw them walking.The center is kept very clean and take care of each and every part of the center hygienic is the moto of the center. Each and every client is taken care personally .Every one is welcome with welcome drink,coffee,tea, chocolate drink for children with smiling face. Staff is very soft spoken and take care of everyone. I didn't miss a single class When i came from the center after therapy I feel very energetic and fresh. For gym and land therapy the modern equipment are there,Front desk people are very humble and cooperative, They attend all with smiling face. I am thankful to Dr. Amit Kohli Co founder of this therapy center and my doctors Dr. Binal Dave and Dr. Yojana.Very glad to have new concept in India specially in our town Mumbai. ** ********* ** * **** ************* ******* She has taken holistic approach for my treatment. she has worked on my whole body muscle specially core which no other physeo have focused earlier. My balancing level and overall muscle strength in whole body improved alot. She keeps motivating me to improve and do exercises which I sometimes don't want to due to my fear.

Even in lockdown through digital session I am able to improve alot under her guidence.

She has very thorough knowledge of physeotherapy. I sometimes wonder about her observation like when my shoulder is not relaxed and core is not properly activated.

She was always available and guided me whenever I had problems in home exercise.

Dr. Yojna has helped me with my post surgery ankle rehabilitation. I used to be in severe pain post my ankle surgery. Within 4 months of her treatment I could say I was in a much better place. She has also helped with women’s health physiotherapy treatment before my pregnancy and now I am proud mom of my two months old baby.
