Location wise 1/5. We went from new town and were unable to locate the place first time. cleanliness/hygiene 2/5. staff behaviour 2/5. One girl with short hair was knowledgeable and friendly, rest two were very unhelpful and rude. I was asking my father to sit carefully as the seat was unstable and the other two girls were getting irritated and replied rudely that is a revolving stool. it's not like we haven't seen a revolving seating arrangement before. experience with doc 2/5. doc ****** ************* *** wasn't kind. When I asked him if the eyeproblem is related to other health problems. He replied that's not his concern. Though he was our trusted doctor but this time big disappointment we received from him. Though his clinic was ready with present situation *** ** ****** *** ****** ********* **** *** **** Me along with my wife went their for regular eye check up and he prescribe us some power but after getting new glasses we found it is not comfortable at all. ** *** *** **** ** *** ***** ***** ** ******* ********* ** *** ******* This is totally disappointing as my father successfully operated by him also Me and my wife previously got treatment from him and was very much satisfied but this thime.... We need to go for check up again before changing our new glasses. Totally wastage of money and time

I went for a routine eye checkup. I am really satisfied with the checkup. Dr. Somnath Ghosh is very polite and after the checkup he literally explained me the problem I am facing and how to deal with it and what steps I should take in future to take care of my eyes. He prescribed me some medicines and explained me the reason for those medications. Overall I am very happy with my experience and i would definitely recommend others.
