Visited For tinnitus evaluation and managementVestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (VEMP)
Had ringing sounds in head and vertigo that started suddenly in January. Visited several hospitals and had MRI, CT scan and blood work and was told normal and recommend to use Vertin 2 times a day. Followed some YouTube videos to improve spinning. Vertin felt good at first because the spinning sensation is gone, but I started experiencing sleepy, lazy and imbalance. Saw Dr. Yugandhar's interview in News channel and tried.
First, he spends lot of time to understand about my problem, I have never seens anyone spending more than 10minutes to understand my problem. Then he takes time to explain the issue in general terms. Tested hearing and did some more tests for vertigo.
He explained me that there is BPPV and it became complex because I may have done the wrong treatment following YouTube videos. Then did some head and body rotations for 15 and he showed me that it is completely resolved. I don't know how it works but definitely a life changing experience. He recommended hearing aids with tinnitus masker and I saw instant relief.
Note: Be prepared to spend lot of time.
I can't explain the agony I went through over the last one and half year due to the vertigo.
I believe I was fortunate to found Dr. Yugandhar at RASYA clinic finally after several visits to major Hospitals such as Apollo Vertigo Center, and few local vertigo clinics.
I was informed that my balance nerve was damaged and nothing can be done and was instructed to do some exercises along with Vertin tablets.
I continued vertin for few weeks, initially it was helping me but it made very sleepy and could not focus on everything. This has been for more than a year.
Finally, one of our relatives recommended Rasya Clinic. I went to with no hopes based on earlier experience.
I was Surprised with the ambience and courtesy. Usually my experience with doctors is that they do not spend more than few minutes and I rarely see they look at us and don't feel like they listen to us. But, my experience with Dr. Yugandhar is unbelievable, it seems although he is a professor and Doctor and a Vestibular neuroscientist, he is ground to earth and spent more than 20 minutes to understand my issues right from beginning. He himself administered the testing and after 30 minutes of testing he told me that I have BPPV, and it was complicated due to improper intervention.
Then in the last 10 minutes he administered two different BPPV maneuvers and I could not believe that it was that simple to fix and it took more than a year to find the right person.
Highly recommend Rasya Clinic
