I consulted Dr. Swathi for my pre and post natal care. *** ** **** ************* *** ************ She guided me on exercise and diet during my pregnancy. Breathing techniques and exercises that she suggested were very helpful at the time of my labour. It helped me keep calm and eventually I had normal birthing. She helps you more like a friend which creates trust and confidence.
