I have been suffering from severe low back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain since the last couple of years.

I have taken several medicine/treatments both internal & external but didn’t find any positive result. Tried couple of physiotherapist/clinics since years, I fed up with their treatment as most of them are either don't spend enough time for the treatment or inefficient and whenever I visited their clinic a majority of times and had to wait for a long time for the treatment.

Few months ago, I got a chance to visit Active life Physiotherapy center by the reference of my friend, he has suggested that I meet Dr Kiran Kumar who is running this clinic and chief physiotherapist .

After the thorough examination of all my issues, Dr.Kiran has referred me to meet Dr. Sarath Kumar.

I did meet Dr.Sarath Kumar for the treatment. Dr. Sarath sir is an Excellent, experienced and brilliant doctor who takes the time to identify the exact root cause of the problem and then discuss and explain the current issue in detail, and then talk clearly about the treatment plan.

The way he treats his patients is simply amazing. ** *** * **** ********* ***** *** ***** ** **** and you will see that he always gives his best every time with a smile on his face.

His expertise is manual therapy, I really admired his manual treatment, something great is there in his hand and elbow that treats our pains/issues like a miracle.

Now I am happy to say that I have recovered from most of my issues and regained my strength back.

It feels like a miracle to me, and I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Sharath sir along with Dr. Kiran Kumar and Active life Physiotherapy center.

It's a great feeling to give a review about the treatment of Dr. Sharath and I highly recommend this doctor for all kinds of physio related issues along with sports injuries.

I had injured my wrist in October 2021. Initially, I neglected it, thinking it would get better with time. However, even after a month, it hadn't recovered. This worried me, so I started consulting an orthopedician who diagnosed it as a TFCC tear and suggested physiotherapy.

I began my treatment with physiotherapy in my hometown, but it didn't help at all. Later, after moving to Hyderabad, I consulted another reputable orthopedician. By that time, the injury was almost 10 months old. They explained that it would have healed if I had worn a cast in the early stages. Since it was an old injury, scar tissues had already formed, making it difficult to treat. They recommended PRP therapy along with wrist immobilization for four weeks and assured me that it would be beneficial. At this point, I had started losing hope as my injury hadn't healed in 10 months, but I decided to proceed with the suggested treatment.

After four weeks, the cast was removed, but it took an additional two weeks to regain mobility in my hand. The procedure reduced my pain, but I still lacked strength in my hand. My grip strength was very low, and activities like riding a bike caused discomfort. The physiotherapist suggested a few exercises to do at home, which initially helped, but after some time, there was no further improvement.

I was able to perform my daily activities, but riding a bike for an extended period or putting strain on my wrist still caused pain. I read numerous articles about this injury, where people mentioned being left with a weak hand for a lifetime.

Having nearly lost hope, I decided to give physiotherapy one last try.

Fortunately, I came across Activelife Physiotherapy Center. Dr. Kiran listened to my entire story and assured me that I would recover. Dr. Sarath then diagnosed the strength of my wrist and the extent of the injury. He provided detailed explanations about the injury and assured me that I would regain the ability to load my wrist and even return to the gym within three months.

We started slowly by gradually increasing the load on my wrist and allowing it to adjust. Dr. Sarath closely monitored each session, ensuring that I didn't overstress my wrist. With each session, he modified the exercises, progressively increasing the load.

Within a week, I began noticing improvements. I started to regain hope that I could return to my normal self.

It has now been four months, and I am proud to say that I have fully regained my strength. It feels like a miracle to me, and I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Sarath and Activelife Physiotherapy. They are true professionals **** ********* ********* in their field, and they deliver on their promises.

Visiting Activelife Physiotherapy has been one of the best decisions of my life, and I will be forever grateful to them.

Dr. Sarath was recommended for my cardiac rehab needs post my CABG surgery by the owner of Activelife Dr. Kiran. Dr. Sarath had a very good understanding of my situation and knew exactly what breathing and functional exercises to be done to gradually improve my heart condition, breathing, stamina and strength.

I remember when I started on my cardiac rehab program, 5 times sitting down and getting up from the chair used to make me tired. With the help of Dr. Sarath and his program adapted to my condition, in about 2 months time, I am able to do burpees, mountain climbers and even do jogging for about 10 to 15 minutes. Dr. Sharath's initial diagnosis of my problem was perfect. He perfectly identified the problem with my shoulder and suggested a treatment 13 days. The pain in the shoulder started decreasing after second visit itself. But after the third visit a pain developed in my next because of my improper posture. When I updated Sharath about it he released the pain manually and added neck related treatment in my course. The treatment is comprised of manual and electrotherapy. After some days exercises were added to strengthen the muscles. Overall I am satisfied with the treatment and would like to recommend Sharath for the expertise mentioned.
