I went to her in 2018 when I was battling depression and Panic attacks. She helped me heal. I continued to see her till 2021. She had been my biggest support. She held space for my vulnerabilities and challenged me when needed. Saher is the best that's there in Hyderabad. Her Art Therapy exercises gave me language to express myself. I highly recommend her.

I had started off as a clueless person submerged in her thoughts of misery and thankfully found and continued with this amazing lady that I came across, Ms.Saher Ali.
